Change Profile and Account Settings
You can easily change your Profile email address and password in the Manage Profile section under the Options tab. In the Account Settings section, you can select if you would like a paper bill sent or not, and if you would like email confirmations of payments.
Change Email Address or Password
- Sign into eBill.
- Click the Options tab. Click Edit Profile.
- Type your new email address and/or change your password.
- A message will appear saying that you have successfully changed your Email Address or Password.

- If you have changed your password, you will receive an email from vcg@billtrust.com alerting you that the password for your eBill account has been changed.
Change Account Settings
Select if you would like to continue to receive a paper bill and if you would like to receive emailed payment confirmations.
- Sign into eBill.
- Click the Options tab. In the Account Settings section click Edit.
- Select Yes or No for Send Paper Bills, and select Yes or No for Email Payment Confirmation.
