With the upcoming transition to Volcano View’s new streaming TV service, your current saved recordings and scheduled recordings will no longer be available to watch or record. Good news is the new streaming service will give you access to Cloud DVR service where you can record and store up to 50 hours of content in the cloud for up to 180 days. For the videophiles out there we have packages to expand your collection capacity to 100 hours or even 200. This transition will take place over the next 12 months, therefore, your transition may not occur for several months.
