• Your invoice will contain one Master Account Number. You will use this account number when requesting additional services, making a change to current services (including moves) or for trouble calls.
• A service address and a mailing address is included on your bill.
• Services from each of the companies (Volcano Telephone, Volcano Long Distance, Volcano Internet and Wi-Fi, and Volcano Vision) are presented separately in the detail page(s), are consolidated for ease of viewing.
• If you pay your bill through your bank (ACH-Automated Clearing House), you may need to update your bank’s bill-pay service with the Master Account Number.
